Mérignac, a major economic city in the Aquitaine region, does not forget its tourist and cultural heritage. To promote it, the city offers communication media aimed at residents and visitors:
- screens installed in the lobbies of the Pin Galant, the Médiathèque (media library) and the Mérignac cinema, which inform the public about Mérignac's cultural offering.
- a tablet and a kiosk computer installed in the Old Saint-Vincent Church to support visitors during their tour
THE PROJECTS ENTRUSTED TO DIGITAL CAMPUS
1/ Visual design of the communication media
The students will have to propose visual designs for the three different communication media available to the city of Mérignac:
- Screens
- Digital tablet
- Computer
They will have to:
- match the colours of the "Mérignac M la culture" logo
- include the city of Mérignac logo
- incorporate a short presentation of the city's cultural venues
2/ Simplified technical solution for content updates
In order to simplify the update process for Mérignac's cultural department, the students will have to propose a technical solution to feed and update the communication media.
3/ Video production
To communicate on the city's website, www.merignac.com, and on social media, they will have to produce videos (short format) about the various cultural events (exhibitions at the Old Church, the Dance Biennial, the Summer Escales programme, etc.).
