Since March 16, 2020, France has been facing a serious health crisis. Questions arose and uncertainty set in: how would we continue operations at Campus du Millénaire?

Once the question of "maintaining remote classes" was addressed, we had to plan a new organization for admission sessions and open days in a remote format. The procedures and requirements remain the same — we simply cannot welcome students on campus. As a result, the tool that allowed us to maintain educational activities, Black Board Collaborate, proved its full value for conducting admission interviews and presenting the school!

On one hand, for admission sessions, candidates first submit their applications for review. If the application is favourable for admission to the desired level, they receive an invitation and a topic to present during their individual interview to demonstrate their motivation.

To date, for Bachelor's programmes, students from the intensive track, Master's programmes, or continuing education programmes, more than a hundred recruitment sessions have been held since lockdown began, via video conference interviews. This format will continue through the new academic year in September 2020.

Additionally, open days are led by the heads of the digital programmes:

  • Lucie Delplanque, academic director
  • Magali Pey, training advisor
  • Carine Cathala, continuing education coordinator

The school is presented, along with a more detailed overview of the various programmes, the evolving pedagogy, project-based work, the professional focus of the curricula, etc. The team remains available to answer questions and engage directly with students who wish to speak...
