Becoming aware of unconsciousness:

that is the theme our Bachelor's students tackled for the 5th edition of the Grand Angle competition run by the MAIF Foundation. Out of over 150 films submitted, Digital Campus Paris swept the top three places in the school award.

As every year, our first-year Bachelor's students produce short films as part of the video module delivered by Yann Morillon, Fabien Baron, Grégoire Terrier, and Eric Behle.

Six weeks to produce a film on an assigned theme — from writing to editing, including sound recording — our students are immersed in the creative process from the moment they arrive at Digital Campus Paris. Pushing their limits, building first bonds with their cohort, entering a creative flow, refining their script, holding casting sessions: this rich and intensive module instils in our students what we expect of them throughout their journey: do, do well, and do with purpose.

The jury members Christian Ponsolle, Tom Bartowicz, Stéphanie Grand Besse, Jonathan Politur, Perinne Martin, Valérie Pennequin, Mélanie Marcel, Maxime Flourac, and Marc Rigolot were won over by our students' submissions, which we invite you to discover:

1st place: Le Paon et le Hibou (The Peacock and the Owl) by Manon Gasnier and her team:

2nd place: Eux aussi (Them too) by Teddy Welsch and his team:

3rd place: Sur le fil (On the Edge) by Lucas Guillot and his team:
