The Roaring Twenties came alive at the Théâtre National de Bretagne for the 2015 Gala, organised by Digital Campus Rennes.
Lush feathers, cloche hats, embroidery, stilettos, cigarette holders, braces — all the iconic accessories of the 1920s to celebrate the 2015 Gala. The TNB, the city's cultural centre, welcomed students from the Rennes campuses for an evening filled with jazz. An illusionist and magician delighted students with close-up magic acts. The luckiest guests even left with their own caricature drawn by an artist. The evening's surprise came when the Director of the Digital Campus Rennes internet school, Emmanuel Morin, took to the stage and put his own spin on the song "j'veux du soleil", reworking the lyrics to speak directly to the students and share his words of encouragement as the year drew to a close. A rich evening of sharing, in a unique setting, where students, guest speakers, and school staff came together for a convivial celebration.
