Digital Campus is committed to the wellbeing and mental health of its students and staff.

Since the Covid crisis, Digital Campus has been offering its community professional and confidential psychological support, available 24/7. A closer look at the HuCare platform and its services.

HuCare is a psychological support helpline managed by professional psychologists.
Far from being a simple hotline, HuCare adapts to each person's needs — whether occasional or long-term — and offers users the possibility of following remote therapy.
Whether for personal, professional, or exam-related stress, HuCare is designed to assess and respond in a personalised way to each situation.

HuCare stands out for its availability and accessibility. The platform operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, ensuring continuous assistance.
It offers:

- A dedicated number: a dedicated telephone line allows students to contact a psychologist with ease.
- A digital platform: HuCare also offers a digital platform where users can schedule appointments (by phone or video call) with the psychologist of their choice. Slots are available with psychologists who speak a foreign language — an essential feature for international students.
- Online chat: For those more comfortable communicating in writing than verbally, HuCare also offers a chat service, enabling discreet, direct, and confidential exchanges with a professional.

Good to know: HuCare services are free for all students and staff within the Galileo group.

The impact of HuCare on the Digital Campus student community is tangible.

Students and staff have access to immediate psychological support, which is crucial for managing emergency situations or longer-term mental health issues. Feedback indicates active use of the platform.
Anonymous data also makes it possible to identify major trends that guide the prevention and awareness campaigns developed in the service of students.

HuCare is committed to strictly respecting the anonymity and confidentiality of its users. Users can therefore open up with complete confidence, knowing that their personal information and conversations will remain private.

In addition to psychological support, HuCare also provides a safe and anonymous space for Digital Campus students and staff to report potential cases of harassment — whether physical or psychological, occurring on campus, outside school premises, or online.
When a case is reported, HuCare's professional psychologists carefully assess the situation. With the caller's consent, they can activate the internal protocol of the Galileo Global Education Group to take the necessary steps to address the situation.

HuCare thus plays a decisive role in promoting wellbeing within the student community. The adoption of this platform reflects Digital Campus's deep commitment to the wellbeing of its members, affirming its position as an educational institution dedicated to creating a safe, inclusive learning environment that fosters the personal and professional development of every individual.
