Since 2011, Digital Campus has been encouraging the development of each individual's skills by fostering « Learning to learn » and « Learning to teach » habits and practices.

The two go hand in hand and are part of a broader approach grounded in collective intelligence, creativity, and agility.

By mastering the tools and methods needed to build their knowledge and professional identity in the digital world, each student is prepared to embrace technological change — and thus develops the capacity for continuous adaptation.

Being a Digital Campus student means thinking for yourself, being curious and critical, and becoming an agile, autonomous professional.

This year, the launch of the DC Learn e-learning platform opens up a world of possibilities, giving everyone the opportunity to take elective courses selected by the Academic Department.

Each year, a catalogue of digitised courses is made available to students to strengthen certain skills or explore subjects not directly included in their curriculum. This module is part of the Professionalisation Teaching Unit, under the « Personalised pathway / Learning to learn » track.

Learning to teach is, in our view, just as essential as learning to learn — in a world where the notions of collective effort and sharing are coming back to the fore. Knowing how to teach also means ensuring the mastery of one's own skills and knowledge.

By following the DC Teach programme in their 5th year, Digital Campus students are guided to become genuine educators in their field. Like professional trainers, they grow more adept at management practices and the art of sharing content — an asset that inevitably enhances the profiles of our graduates on the job market.

The cross-level integration practised in several of our programmes fosters openness and the ability to work together across all levels, from the first year of training onwards.
