Lucie Baudouin, director of Digital Campus Rennes, embodies a leadership style built on closeness, professionalisation, and personalised student support.

Her commitment has made the campus a place where warmth and excellence go hand in hand, with memorable moments to match. A portrait of this iconic director of the Rennes campus.

Lucie B.: The first value that comes to mind is the sense of family. The Rennes campus is an extremely close-knit, community-minded campus.

But what matters to me above all else is professionalisation. We support students towards employment — that is our mission!

The third value that comes to mind is not really a value per se, but it is something we deeply care about: personalised support for each individual, tailored to their profile, expectations, and ambitions.

The best story from the school

Lucie B.: I could tell you so many — since the school opened in 2013, there have been plenty of funny, surprising, and unforgettable moments.

But what I can tell you is that the bond between the team, the lecturers, and the students is so strong that we recently organised a foosball tournament pitting an admin team against student teams. And it turned into an absolutely unforgettable event.

Unfortunately, a few people got hurt because everyone gave it everything they had, so we called time on that kind of challenge. We might soon move on to music quizzes instead.

Lucie B.: In Rennes, our little extra is a love of good food.

We are lucky enough to be right in the heart of the city, surrounded by local shops — including a small café where we regularly pop in to pick up treats for little snack breaks with the students. And these convivial moments are truly, truly what makes the Breton campus special.
