On Wednesday 9 October 2019, the Major Projects at Digital Campus Toulouse kicked off!

Not familiar with the concept? Here it is in a nutshell:

  • 30 companies come to pitch in front of our 200 Bachelor Web students and first-year Master's students in Digital Strategy
  • Each company presents a problem to be solved by the project owners
  • 5 minutes — no more — to convince students to work with them
  • All of this takes place in a unique venue: the Gaumont Labège cinema

Once the launch is complete, working groups made up of students from all levels of study are formed and put their skills to work over 6 months, in close collaboration with the project owner(s).

Technical know-how, expertise, creativity and enthusiasm are the watchwords of this challenge, enabling students to deliver ever richer and more innovative solutions.

The Digital Campus Major Projects are the real-world application of the skills and knowledge acquired during the Multimedia Project Manager training (Bachelor Web) and the Digital Strategy Expert programme (Mastère Web).

Websites, logos, visual identities, social media, communication strategies, videos — these are just some of the briefs taken on and delivered by our students throughout their projects. The aim is to develop professional skills through real contact with actual companies and to gain hands-on project management experience on concrete cases. These projects are also opportunities for exchange between students, project owners and school coordinators. Each year, around thirty projects and teams, hundreds of hours of work and dozens of deliverables are produced by our students! See you in March for the final presentations of these great projects!
