On 23 January, Digital Campus Lyon experienced one of the highlights of the year, “The mid-term presentations”, as part of Digital Campus’s Major Projects.

What are the Major Projects? 

This concept is the cornerstone of the school’s teaching approach, enabling every student—from the Web Bachelor’s to the Master’s programmes—to enrich their learning alongside professionals by working on real business challenges.

In October, 18 companies from a range of backgrounds—such as Panzani, the start-up Dropworld and the NGO Handicap International—called upon our students, organised into “agency” teams. From website design to motion design and search engine optimisation strategies, the expected deliverables are wide-ranging.

The aim of this mid-term presentation is to pitch, in 7 minutes maximum, the chosen approach, the strategic recommendation and the deliverables currently being designed.

It is an opportunity for students to gather feedback from their project sponsors and the teaching team, as well as to practise public speaking ahead of the final presentation on Tuesday 27 March 2018.

The academic and professional jury praised the quality of the projects presented during the day, while the students were encouraged to develop their creativity and to persevere. Two more months of intense work lie ahead before they deliver their final projects in front of an audience of 150 people…
