In October, our campus went pink — and not just in terms of decoration!
For Pink October, students and staff at Digital Campus Toulouse came together around a shared goal: raising awareness about breast cancer and supporting the cause with kindness and creativity.
This mobilization, both solidarity-driven and festive, turned the campus into a true place of togetherness, where every smile, every gesture, and every burst of laughter had meaning.
From the very start of the month, the school was transformed.
The stairways of the main building were decorated with pink ribbons, powerful symbols of hope and solidarity.
Posters and triptychs were installed to inform, raise awareness, and remind everyone that prevention is essential.
And to capture these moments, a photo corner with a pink balloon arch was set up in the main hall — a spot that quickly became a must-visit.
Students, guest speakers, teaching staff members… everyone enthusiastically joined in, creating memories full of smiles and positive energy.
Throughout the month, several "pink days" also brought the community together. Everyone was invited to wear the movement's colour, a symbol of shared commitment.
Seeing the whole school take part was a truly unifying moment, where solidarity took on a festive feel.
The highlights of this mobilization were undoubtedly the bracelet and keychain workshops, which were a tremendous success.
These collective creative moments gave everyone a chance to express their support in a different way: through creativity, sharing, and togetherness.
These workshops were an opportunity to:
- create symbolic objects to give away or keep as a memento of this collective commitment;
- enjoy a relaxed, friendly moment of exchange between students and staff, in a light-hearted and caring atmosphere.
These seemingly simple moments had a real impact: they brought participants closer together, sparked genuine conversations, and fostered a beautiful spirit of solidarity.
Beyond the decorations and workshops, this Pink October month allowed everyone to experience school life differently.
By taking part in a collective project, students were able to put into practice the values they champion every day: creativity, commitment, and openness to others.
At Digital Campus Toulouse, learning goes beyond technique and digital skills: it's also about learning to give meaning to what you create.
And this October was a wonderful example of that.
