Because student life isn't always easy, and it's not always possible to take care of yourself or step back from the daily grind of classes, work-study placements and internships, the Rennes campus was delighted to organise the 2nd edition of Student Well-Being Week.
And here comes January, a month often nicknamed the "most depressing month of the year"..
The new year brings renewal and new resolutions, but it also brings January — a month often nicknamed the "most depressing month of the year"…
As a student, there may be times when morale isn't always at its highest, when a little slump or doubts creep in. In those moments, it's always reassuring to know that someone has your back.
That's why the Rennes campus team decided to organise the 2nd edition of Student Well-Being Week at just that time.
For this second edition, the entire Rennes team did their best to help students start the year on a positive note!
From 11 to 18 January, during lunchtime, students were able to take part in workshops known for their relaxing benefits, such as massages, art therapy sessions, and bead bracelet making for their "buddy" (the person they can always rely on). Throughout the week, there was also a wall in the cafeteria where everyone could express their wishes for 2024.
By the end of the week, our students were recharged and ready to start the new year in style!
