Speed Recruiting has become a must-attend event in student circles, gaining popularity in higher education institutions thanks to its proven effectiveness as a recruitment format. The digital marketing school in Aix, Digital Campus, organized two Speed Recruiting events in April and June 2023, confirming this trend and providing students and companies with a unique opportunity to meet with a view to future collaboration. These events took place at the Pays d'Aix Université Club Aix and at the Stade Maurice David respectively, adding a special touch to these memorable days.
A Speed Recruiting event in Aix with Digital Campus and ESG Sport
On April 6, 2023, Digital Campus organized a special Speed Recruiting event at the training room of the Pays d'Aix Université Club Aix. The goal was to create a privileged space where students looking for work-study placements (alternance) could meet a diverse range of companies. Participation was enthusiastic, with 41 companies in attendance, including prestigious names such as DHL Express, Electro Dépôt, Europcar, Manpower, La Coque, Barjane, Best Western, and many more. In total, these companies offered 52 work-study positions to 214 registered students, covering a wide variety of fields including sales, communications, human resources, management, finance, tourism, sports business, and real estate. To help students prepare as effectively as possible, a booklet containing all the offers was distributed 48 hours before the event, giving them the time to carefully review the opportunities on offer. They were then able to schedule meetings with the companies that interested them most and tailor their CVs and cover letters accordingly.
June 5, 2023: an edition at Stade Maurice David
On June 5, Digital Campus held another Speed Recruiting event, this time at the Stade Maurice David, in the Provence Rugby hospitality suites. The day brought together nearly thirty companies, including Groupe De Willermin, SNCF Voyageurs, Mon Petit Herbier, ERA Immobilier, Amorino, KeepCool, and many other well-known players. Around 100 students had the opportunity to explore nearly 70 work-study offers across various sectors including sales, communications, human resources, management, finance, and real estate. As with the previous event, students received a booklet presenting the offers before the day itself, giving them a head start in their preparation and maximizing their chances of success during interviews.
Positive outcomes for students and companies alike.
These Speed Recruiting events were invaluable opportunities for both students and companies. Students were able to meet a wide range of businesses, explore multiple work-study opportunities, and put their skills into practice, while building meaningful professional connections. For the participating companies, these days were an opportunity to spot promising young talent and forge ties with dynamic, motivated students who could contribute to the success of their future projects.
In short, the Speed Recruiting events organized by Digital Campus were a resounding success, bringing students and companies closer together and creating a positive synergy that paves the way for promising career opportunities.
