On Wednesday 18 November, Digital Campus Montpellier welcomed La Mêlée, the Toulouse-based association.
Founded in 2000 and a leading player in the digital economy in Toulouse and the Midi-Pyrénées region, La Mêlée brings together more than 550 members. It can now count on its Montpellier branch, established within the premises of Digital Campus Montpellier.
Mr Jean-François SALES, the association's director, will serve as the local contact and will hold regular office hours in a dedicated space provided by the school.
Various conferences took place to mark the coming together of the two regions — at the Corum in Montpellier as well as at Digital Campus, where Mr Didier BICHARD spoke on the theme of the industry of the future and open innovation, or: How can digital technology revolutionise industrial practices?
Guests then took part in a round table hosted by Jean-François SALES, continuing the debate by engaging the audience, as well as students from the Passerelle - Web Project Management and Expert Master in Digital Strategy programmes.
