It was at Inbound Marketing France — the first international French-language event dedicated to inbound marketing — that around thirty students from Digital Campus Rennes volunteered on 30 January. The programme for this unique day at the Couvent des Jacobins: discovering new opportunities in marketing, from customer experience to digital transformation. A day packed with conferences and practical workshops. By the numbers: 45+ speakers, 35+ conferences, and countless smiles on the faces of our young recruits in Breton stripes! A Breton dress code made it easy to spot the DC Rennes students.

The volunteers had the privilege of welcoming renowned guests. To name just a few: Jonathan Dick, Vice President of Marketing at HubSpot; Yohann Delahaye, Chief Executive Officer at Mediaveille; and Cécile van Steenberge, Managing Director at Google Marketing Solutions. They also organised the scheduled B2B meetings, assisted at workshops, and kept their eyes and ears wide open!

IMF was indeed a perfect opportunity to meet major names in digital, build their network for potential internships or work-study placements, and leave with a photo alongside influencer and YouTuber Romain Lanery or American expert Rand Fishkin, founder of SparkToro!

The students left thoroughly enthused. As Léa, a student in the intensive-cycle Bachelor, put it: « The organisation was top-notch too — well done to Alice and her team. We never had a dull moment and even had break times to attend conferences and meet the companies present! »

Among the words heard after this exceptional experience, "enriching", "captivating" and "full of discoveries and encounters" stood out! Everyone is already eagerly looking forward to the next edition…
